Dr. Kyle Paxton

Dr. Paxton earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and then when went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
He began his own private practice as he set out to give a high quality product that is continuing to disappear in the world of rehabilitation.
He has worked with adolescents all the way to professional athletes, and takes pride in consistently applying the most cutting edge techniques that are being performed at the highest level.
He is also the Co-Founder of a rehabilitation education company named Integrated Kinetic Neurology www.ikneurology.com
Dr. Rhianna Green

Dr. Rhianna Green is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University (NYU).
While attending NYU, Dr. Green became certified in beginners mat Pilates and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dr. Green was also the Lead Physical Therapist for the Broadway production “Beautiful: The Carole King Story”.
She specializes in manual therapy (Graston, joint mobilization, joint manipulation, Mulligan, etc), dry needling (Cert DN), return-to-sport rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. Dr. Green is currently enrolled in the Institute of Athlete Regeneration’s Sports and Orthopedic Fellowship.
Dr. Green is also one of the founders of the Coalition of Black Physical Therapists and a board member for the National Association of Black Physical Therapists.
Dr. Sarah Houhoulis

Dr. Sarah Houhoulis graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Biopsychology from James Madison University.
She grew up dancing but discovered powerlifting in chiropractic school, and now competes as an elite-level powerlifter. Dr. Sarah holds the Virginia and national record for the bench press, and the Virginia records for squat and total in her weight class. Training and competing has given Dr. Sarah an understanding of the necessity of exercise as a treatment for physical, mental and emotional conditions.
Dr. Sarah utilizes techniques from chiropractic, sports psychology, physical therapy, exercise science, and nutrition science to customize treatment plans for her patients. Along with prescribing exercises, Dr. Sarah applies chiropractic therapy, dry needling, Active Release Technique, mobility and stability training to help her patients recover as quickly as possible to get them back to their lives, pain-free!
