Dr. Kyle Paxton

Dr. Paxton earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and then when went on to receive his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. 

He began his own private practice as he set out to give a high quality product that is continuing to disappear in the world of rehabilitation.

He has worked with adolescents all the way to professional athletes, and takes pride in consistently applying the most cutting edge techniques that are being performed at the highest level. 

He is also the Co-Founder of a rehabilitation education company named Integrated Kinetic Neurology


Dr. Samuel Hodous
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Sam Hodous, PT achieved his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY and his Bachelors of Exercise Science from the University of Akron, OH. Soon after beginning his career as a physical therapist it became obvious to him that he needed to search deeper into how he could more effectively accelerate the healing process and recovery rates of his clients. From that day forward, he has dedicated his career to studying the most advanced and cutting-edge methods being used at the top levels of sports, performance, and wellness.

Dr. Sam Hodous, PT takes pride in applying an integrated and holistic approach to working with his client, in a one-on-one atmosphere. In a world of overbooked physical therapy clinics and sub-par personal training sessions where you don’t get the treatment you deserve, Sam seeks to provide high level, individualized care.


Dr. Rhianna Green
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Rhianna Green is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, California. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University (NYU).

While attending NYU, Dr. Green became certified in beginners mat Pilates and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Dr. Green was also the Lead Physical Therapist for the Broadway production “Beautiful: The Carole King Story”.

She specializes in manual therapy (Graston, joint mobilization, joint manipulation, Mulligan, etc), dry needling (Cert DN), return-to-sport rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning. Dr. Green is currently enrolled in the Institute of Athlete Regeneration’s Sports and Orthopedic Fellowship.

Dr. Green is also one of the founders of the Coalition of Black Physical Therapists and a board member for the National Association of Black Physical Therapists.
